Lindsey Eleanor
Usui Reiki Master • Ayurvedic Marma Point Therapist • Ayurvedic Pancha Karma Technician • Yoga Instructor
Lindsey began her career in asset management in Boston MA, however after completing her MBA in 2018, a life change awakened her to a new path entirely. Her dharma (purpose) was always a question in her mind until she moved from the city into the nature of Maine. Her studies changed and amplified into natural healing methods outside of western medicine. These included reiki, meditation, Akashic records, sound bowls, tapping, and most of all yoga and the Ayurvedic ancient healing methods that lead to deeper understandings of the body, mind and soul. She fell in love with Marma Points of Ayurveda which are similar to the target points of acupuncture, but without needles. She has found the connection between Reiki and Marma points to be profound in healing making this her ideal practice.

Alexis Berg
Licensed Massage Therapist
“I strive to personalize every massage to each client’s needs!” Alexis was inspired to become a massage therapist because she wanted to help people understand their muscles; how everyday things, little or big, have a cause and effect on one’s body. She has a strong foundation of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT) techniques after graduating from NHITA in 2015.

Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
To make an appointment online click here. You can also call or text our office number at 207-572-1227.
While we do accept walk-ins, availability is very limited and not guaranteed. Please note that we do not have a front desk manager, so our doors remain locked while we’re in session. We highly recommend booking ahead to ensure we can accommodate you.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a brief intake form. This helps us understand your medical history, any allergies, or injuries we should be aware of.
Before your session begins, you’ll have a chance to discuss your form with your therapist. Together, you’ll create a personalized treatment plan focused on your specific needs and goals for the session.
We accept all major credit cards, debit card, cash, check, and Venmo.
We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards. However, we recommend checking with your provider to confirm whether massage therapy is covered under your plan. If needed, we’re happy to provide a receipt for you to submit to your benefits provider for reimbursement.
We do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a detailed receipt with all the necessary information for you to submit a claim to your insurance provider on your own.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance—or missed appointments—may be subject to a 50% no-show fee. We understand that unexpected situations such as illness or emergencies can arise, and we’ll always do our best to take those into account.
We understand that delays can happen, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you arrive late. However, please be aware that your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. If you arrive too late to begin your service, we may need to reschedule, and the full cost of the original appointment will still apply.
Your therapist will start by going over your intake form, ask about areas of tension or pain, and your preferences. You’ll have privacy to undress (to your comfort level) and get on the table under the sheet and blanket. The therapist will only uncover the area being worked on and will check in with you during the session to ensure your comfort.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Just like massage, your therapist will go over your intake form and ask about any areas of concern. Lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic strokes that follow the direction of lymph flow. It’s much gentler than massage and doesn’t involve deep pressure or kneading. Because the pressure is so light, it’s best done directly on skin. You’ll undress to your comfort level and be draped appropriately throughout the session. If the stomach is an area of concern, a sports bra is helpful to wear for easier draping. Many people feel lighter, more relaxed, and less bloated. Some experience increased urination or thirst—that’s normal as your body processes fluid. Drinking extra water after your session is recommended.
CAN IT HELP AFTER SURGERY?
Yes! Lymphatic drainage is often recommended after cosmetic or orthopedic surgery to help reduce swelling, minimize scar tissue, and speed up healing. Always follow your surgeon’s guidelines and get clearance before scheduling.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RECEIVE LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE?
- Lymphedema / Post-surgery: Often recommended 1–3x per week for the first few weeks. After the first few weeks, we will reevaluate how you are healing and make a plan from there.
- For wellness: Once a month or as needed for general detox, immune support, or swelling.
